• How it began - Hudson Restaurant was started and continues to be run by Tamara Remedios, creator of Get Out Hudson Magazine, HudsonPulse.com and HudsonMenus.com

Basic HRW Info
Hudson Restaurant Week is a bi-annual culinary celebration that promotes Hudson County as a premier dining destination in New Jersey during slow times of the year: January and July. It was created by Get Out Hudson magazine in 2005 through conversations with local restaurants. The event and magazine were created by young female entrepreneur, Tamara Remedios.
