    Toro Tartar - chopped fatty tuna with wasabi sauce
    Tuna "temari" with Fois Gras - seared fois gras on top of tuna sushi ball, served with balsamic eel sauce
    Trio Seared Scallops - Jumbo scallops seared with caramelized apple, parsnip puree and spinach sauce on top
    Steamed Snow Black Cod - Filet Black Cod served with egg white puree on top, served with soy beans and dashi broth
    Sauteed Seasonal Mushrooms Salad - Sauteed white bell mushrooms, shiitake and enoki mushrooms with Frisse salad and yuzu soy dressing

    Aburi Sushi - torched sushi - chu toro, salmon with ikura, scallop with uni, washu beef, with 1/2 roll of cream cheese, jalapeno covered by spicy tuna, served with eel sauce
